Amburana Wood Chips Imported from Brazil! These wood chips were heated to medium toast. The chips have intense aromas of Baking Spices, Maple Syrup, Butterscotch, Cinnamon, Vanilla and Graham Cracker. Add 1 to 2 grams of chips per liter of your beer, wine or spirit to add a unique and delicious flavor.
Amburana Wood has been approved by the TTB for use with spirits. See page 35 of the PDF found HERE. The TTB does not approve the use of Amburana wood in beer and wine.
