Tri Clamp barrel taps makes it easy to install a tri clamp fitting to any wooden barrel with a standard bung hole. The fitting is threaded making it easy to form a tight seal against the wood. Simply insert the tap into a bung hole and use a wrench to tighten the tap in place.
Additional holes may be drilled to add the fittings to the head or sides of the barrel. A 1 3/4″ hole saw will cut the appropriate size hole for this fitting. This is a great way to add a racking valve, drain and more to your barrel!
