These barrels previously aged Beehive Distilling’s bourbon, crafted with a distinctive grain bill built around Oaxacan Green corn, an heirloom variety traditionally cultivated by the Zapotec community of southern Mexico and grown locally by partner farmers. Complemented by locally sourced rye and barley, the spirit was aged a minimum of four years in new American oak.
Soft sweetness up front from heirloom corn, layered with vanilla, honeyed caramel, and toasted oak.
