15 Gal Gin Barrels

Fresh emptied 15 Gal Gin Barrels from Corsair Distillery. 

These barrels finished small batch vapor distilled gin - offering a gin forward nose evolving into a spice medley of cinnamon, clove and coriander. Anise, black licorice, clove hit the pallet initially but give way to vanilla and rum notes.
