Rum barrels imported from Jamaica. The barrels have bilge and head bungs. The head bungs are replaced and pressure tested to ensure barrels can be aged on their side.

Flavor Profile: The rum aged in these barrels have a high ester count producing flavors of banana and tropical fruits in addition to vanilla, cocoa, butterscotch and almond.
