Description

Pineau des Charentes (PDC) is a sweet, dessert wine that is fortified with cognac. The barrels are imported from various cellars in Cognac, France. The barrels are refurbished (faulty staves replaced, metal hoops replaced, exterior sanded), inspected and pressure tested to ensure they are water tight and ready for aging.

Flavor Profile: Aromas of honey, apple, stone fruit and citrus.
